Windows 10: MS Paint III - For Super Dave

Hey Dave,


I don't know what is the matter with these threads. They keep locking me out with a red error message when I try to reply.


The Safe Mode reboot didn't work so I had to hard reboot.


The PC started again and then it took ages for the mouse click to become active could move around but clicking wouldn't do anything. It finally came back and everything seems to be working.


I've lost a day. I've lost a morning of scanning. But you've saved my bacon. My machine is working OK and I can do work.


I'll scan one image at a time from now on.


Sigh. What a waste of a day.


- I wish I could send you my playlist as a thank you. It's very random and maybe only any good to a music lover like myself.

Method: 1

I suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Press windows key on the keyboard.
• Type “Paint” & select the paint icon & hit enter.

Method: 2

• Press windows + R.
• Type “MSpaint” hit enter.

Hi,

There are several ways to remove MS Paint. Let's try deleting the app from its file location. Follow the steps below:

• Type mspaint.exe in the search bar.
• Right-click on mspaint.exe, and select Open file location.
  
• Press Delete on your keyboard.
  
• Follow the next instructions to remove the program.

MS Paint Recent Files

Here s a partial solution. Works for Windows 10 as well.

Paint - Delete Recent Pictures from List in Windows - Windows 7 Help Forums

This will clear it but of not disable list ie you would have to do again later etc.
