    MS Photos won't print in color


    How come this issue was addressed by MS but NO SOLUTION HAS BEEN PROPOSED when everybody has the same problem Pictures won't print in color from Windows Photo Gallery, posted on May 23, 2019 by Linda in Bama ?Do you know any other means to print quality photos in Windows 11 without paying for an additional licence ?

    Could you tell me in which app you couldn't print in color?

    Also, you can try changing color settings following the steps below:

    > Type Printers & scanners on your Windows search bar and click on it

    > On the printers list, select your printer and then click on
    Manage

    > Click on Printing preferences

    > On the window that pops up, search for something related to color settings and then change the printing default color to colored.

    > Try printing again (you can also try to print a test page by clicking on the
    Print a test page on the same screen you clicked onPrinting preferences.

    Photos will not print in color

    When trying to print a color photo from the PHOTOS selection, it will not print or display in color why? However pritures can be printed in color from all other designations such as one drive etc...

    How do I resolve this problem?

    MS Photos won't print in color

    Color printing

    I would suggest the following steps:

    In Word, click on "File" - "Options".

    Click on "Display" - Select the box which says "Print background colors and images".

    Click Ok to save the settings and then try to print.
