Windows 10: MS Pinyin Input does not show some characters.

Hello. I have been trying to type the Traditional Chinese characters in the MS Pinyin Input. When I tried to type some elementary characters like and , I realized that these characters are not available. Can you help me fix this?

Hanyu Pinyin keyboard input not available (only MS Pinyin)

With in the last week, it seems I have lost the Hanyu Pinyin keyboard input method for simplified Chinese. All that is available is the MS Pinyin keyboard input method (shocker). The problem is that the MS Pinyin only gives 7 options for any inputted homophone
(for example "Hao"), and I don't see how you scroll through the character options if the the character you are looking for is not one of the 7 listed.

In the Hanyu Pinyin keyboard input, there was a button (forward triangle) that you could click on to advance to the next series of 7 possible characters.

Maybe this is function is still available in MS Pinyin, but leave it to Microsoft to break something that was working perfectly.

Chinese character suggestions not appearing for Traditional Hanyu Pinyin input

Hello,

I on Windows 10 in Taiwan and want to use hanyu pinyin input for traditional characters (I can't read zhuyin). The problem is when I type in pinyin, the suggested characters that usually appear underneath are not showing. Instead, it just enters the most
frequent option for each character I type.

For example, "nihao ma" appears as 妮號碼, which makes writing anything extremely time consuming.

A I have also encountered a similar problem on Windows 7 and have been unable to resolve it. So solutions for either platform would be much appreciated.

How can I enable typing accented Pinyin characters? (Pinyin input is easy. I want Pinyin output)

I'm taking a class in Mandarin and would like to be able to type out pinyin characters with accents for their phonetic representations of the symbols.

I don't see any option for doing that in windows 10 without installing a 3rd party product.

I can type the characters using pinyin input.

I want to type in pinyin and the tonal numbers and have pinyin output.

I saw some cases where that used to be an option.
