Windows 10: ms-resource:DisplayName in Windows start menu

So i recently upgraded to windows 11 from windows 10 and when I was scrolling through my start menu apps i saw one app with no icon called "ms-resourceisplayName" and when i try to open ,it wont launch . i tried uninstalling it and it just wont uninstall. i also tried to repair and reset it from app settings but nothing works... but when i click on uninstall from settings app an error pop up with the full package name as shown in the picture below. after doing some researches it seems like it's windows security package name but i already have windows security icon in start menu and it works
