MS Safety Scanner does NOT get rid of HackTool:Win32/LSASecretsView.BH - what to do?

On my Win 10 Pro 64-bit version 1903 (on my home Dell Optiplex which also dual-boots Win 7 Pro 64-bit), I ran Microsoft Safety Scanner (Version 1.0.3001.0) and it says that HackTool:Win32/LSASecretsView.BH has NOT been removed.

    What should I do?

Here's a link to the results: < LINK TO WORD DOC SHOWING RESULTS >

Detail - since my PC dual-boots the Win 10 (on which this occurred) and Win 7 (on which it ALSO occurred), I'm not sure where Microsoft Safety Scanner found the malware - on the running Win 10 side or in the Win 7 partition?

WARNING - Andre and the other tech "community helper" fakers should NOT reply to this question unless they are posting the specific step-by-step fix. Otherwise, I will report them again and again ask MS to ban them from this forum.

But if you have the answer, I'm ready to try.

    Thanks

    :)

MS Safety Scanner does NOT get rid of HackTool:Win32/LSASecretsView.BH - what to do?

    HackTool: Win32/AutoKMS

    HI EvangelosDenaxas,

The malware (HackTool: Win32/AutoKM S) has now been removed from this PC. When I reinstalled Norton 360 Premier, I ran a full scan and when I examined the results, I found that the malware had been quarantined and that my PC did not have any other threats.
Two day later, I ran another full scan and no threats present on the PC. I reviewed Norton app's history and it revealed that "HackTool: Win32/AutoKMS" was removed.
