    MS SB2 Windows 11 screen freeze with Google Chrome browser & two extension monitors


    Hi, Since the Windows 11 upgrade on a MS SurfaceBook2 machine I use for work. Google Suite & Chrome browser are the standard apps. The following technical Issues occur at random. 1 - Screen on all 3 monitors freeze, mouse cursor disappear, after 1-2 mins the browser tab displays Not Responding with hour glass icon. After 2-5 mins, system recovers allowing me to restart apps or restart windows11. 2 - Opening machine from sleep, the Windows11 start menu is displayed and stays stuck. Image scaling is very small. Apps are not responsive. A restart of windows11 is required. 3 - When in

    Thanks for the update and answering the remaining questions. Could you please post a screenshot of your Power Options?

    Is the Task Manager startup tab pic you posted, the before or after the Clean Boot?
    If that's after, you missed a couple of steps in the tutorial.

    As previously mentioned in post #13, please click & drag on the columns such that we can read all of the content.
    Also, please click on the status column to sort with enabled at the top. There should be very few, if any, showing as enabled.
    This is the whole point of a Clean Boot. Don't worry, we can adjust settings after the test.

    I truly would like to see the startup tab with almost everything disabled.

    Please review steps 3 & 5 below. If the Task Manager startup tab pic is from before the Clean Boot, please repeat the test and post the after results as listed above. Thanks.
