    MS slide out warning that my MS account needs fixing


    Daily a little box slides out of the bottom right of my screen advising me that something is amiss with my MS account. I've clicked on "fix it" and on every option available via the box turning everything OFF. All my default apps are NOT MS apps. Now I just want that obnoxious little box to go and stay away. How can I turn it off?

    Login not accepted for my MS Account

    Let me explain, again, what I have experienced:

    • I use my MS account to unlock this computer. No problem doing that
    • I attempted to use other apps requiring the MS login, like Outlook, or even this forum, and it would not accept the very same credentials I used to unlock the computer
    • I used my wife's MS account to login to this forum so that I could seek help
    • I have tried resetting my MS account twice, and that did not work either.
    I would appreciate suggestions OTHER than wha I have already tried

    Can't sign in with MS account in Win 10

    Thanks, this was not my fault or mistake. I just switched to local account from MS account. It's very simple to back again to MS account. It's a fault of MS insider build. Afterall I tried as per your suggestions. My existing MS account is not removing from
    the list. Taskbar start menu not working. Very bad situation. I can't get further updates.

    Any other help plz.

    Don't Know the Wrong in MS Account

    Hello Ruz San:

    Thank you receive this trouble question.

    (1) I set up this MS email account at least 5-years ago in my XP pc and never

    has problem to login. I just bought a HP laptop with w10. When 1st time to boot the pc, it

    ask me to use MS account and I changed to use MS email account from Google account.

    Since then the w10 repeatedly warns to fix MS account and I can not boot into

    safe-mode.

    (2) Experts of Forum suggested me to do RESET and RECOVERY system. I did and the

    problem of safe-mode insists.

    (3) Yesterday I tried to set up one more user with @gmail of this pc . The result is that I can boot into safe-mode. I dislike to solve the problem with extra users!
