Windows 10: MS Store error code 0x8007007B during app installation

I solved this problem! Just want to share with it in English.

1. Go to C:\ProgramData folder is hidden
2. Look for folder called Packages C:\ProgramData\Packages
3. Right click on "Packages" -> Properties -> Security tab -> Advanced
4. In a new window press "Add"
5. In a new window press blue underlined text "Select subject"
6. In a new window press "Advanced..."
7. In a new window press "Search"
8. Find and select user "SYSTEM" and press "OK"
9. Again "OK"
10. In the window from point 5 check "Full access" and press "ОК"
11. Press "Apply" new window may pop up and take sometime to apply based on the quantity of MS Store apps you have and press "ОК"
12. Again press "ОК" in folder's Properties
13. Now close all opened folders and Microsoft Store window if you have it opened
14. Press combination Win + R or open cmd as administrator, enter wsreset.exe and press enter
15. Now wait for Microsoft Store to launch by itself
16. Problem should be solved

My windows is in russian so some names my differ in english. I translated it as I could.

Puzzling. Tends to suggest permissions errors or other corruption.

As a matter of routine, please run these basic checks.
a. Check your disk e.g.
HD Tune (free) Health and Error scan tabs (e.g. from Softpedia).
b. If ok, run
chkdsk c: /scan
from an admin command or Powershell prompt
c. if ok, run
SFC /SCANNOW
similarly

Report the summary results.
