Windows 10: MS Store fail to connect with localhost proxy

When running with localhost proxy 127.0.0.1:<port> MS Store fail to connect no meter what i try


* tried wsreset.ext

* added loop LoopbackExempt to all

* in MS Edge flags i have checked the "Allow localhost Loopback.."


Nothing works , would appreciate if someone from Microsoft would help resolve that issue

setup: 1st app config file: rpcuser=LMakduhjGu2xY rpcpassword=Blue rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 rpcport=8040 daemon=1 server=1 listen=1

1st app bat file: litecoin-qt.exe -server rpcuser=LMakduhjGu2xY rpcpassword=Blue

run: (double click bat file) runs fine and opens repository (wallet)

setup: 2nd app bat file: mining_proxy.exe -o localhost -p 8040

run: (double click bat file) starts app then gets error --

Hi Mike,

One of the possible reasons why you were unable to connect to the localhost
is because of the configuration set within the LAN (Local Area Network). To better assist you, we need the answers to the following questions:

• Are you using a computer connected to a secured network or
  domain?
• Have you tried resetting your router to default?

In the meantime, we suggest running the Network troubleshooter
to find and fix issues with your internet connection. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• In the search box on the taskbar, type Network troubleshooter, and then select Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
• Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

If that doesn’t fix your connection problem, try these things:

• Reset the TCP/IP stack
• Release the IP address
• Renew the IP address
• Flush and reset the DNS client resolver cache

To run these networking commands in a command prompt window

• In the search box on the taskbar, type Command prompt, press and hold (or right-click) Command prompt, and then select Run as administrator > Yes.
• At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:
  • Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
  • Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
  • Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
  • Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
  • Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
