Windows 10: MS Store game is running, but window doesn't open

Halo Infinite runs fine for me on Steam. Absolutely perfect. However, on MS Store it doesnt even work. It uses my disk in task manager for a minute or so i assume this is the game loading but it doesnt appear in my task bar, nor does it open. How do I fix this? I want to play Infinite on MS Store because I am using gamepass for the campaign launch in a week, but it doesnt open at all.I've tried reinstalling and uninstalling specific DLC, nothing that I know of works.

thanks for response. I tried your steps with a Google DNS and Open DNS - but it doesn´t help.

The game still crashes in the moment I try to run it.

I'll be glad for another solutions.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Windows Store crashes when pressing install on a certain game

Hi Vijay, thanks a lot for your recommendations.

I do all, step by step, and I restarted my PC after each one, but the result was the same.

All my preinstalled apps doesn´t work. My Microsoft Store doesn´t open. The window of Microsoft Store open for a a second and close inmediately each time I try to open it.

I did a windows recover and create a new windows profile, but nothing works.
