Windows 10: ms store game new pc

I have a MS store game in one PC, which I connected to this particular email. Now, the computer is not working ok and i need to restart. But i would not like to lose the progress of my game. I connected with the same account email to another pc to see if it would retrieve the progress of the game, but it starts from zero. If you could let me know how can i transfer the progress of the game to my new pc, i would appreciate it. The game is Wild West new frontier, my user id is G-4504286.

Thank you for keeping us updated on this query.

When you download a Game or an App from Windows Store, the location where the files and folders related to the Game or an App will be located in
WindowsApps folder at Program Files which can be accessed from C: drive.

Step 1: You can search the Game or an App you downloaded using
Cortana by following the steps below:

• Click on Start key on the Keyboard and type the game name in the search box. The downloaded game will show in the top most search result.
  
• Click on the game and check if you can access the game.

Step 2: To pin the game on the taskbar, follow the steps below:

• Search for the game using Cortana by following the steps above.
• Right click on the game and select Pin to Taskbar option.
• Close the window and check if the game is pinned to taskbar.

Error Ox803F8001 "Store error"/won't play MS Treasure Hunt on PC

Error 0x803F8001 may have occurred due to a software conflict on your Windows Store that prevents you from playing the certain game. To correct this, we suggest that you clear and reset the Windows Store cache. Kindly follow the steps to perform the this:

• On the search menu, type in WSReset.exe and select the top most result with the Windows Store logo.
• Click on Run as administrator. Windows Store will open and you’ll get a confirmation message saying that:
  The cache for the Store was cleared.
• Once you get back to the Windows Store, try to check if there are new updates for the certain game.
