Discus and support MS Store not updating in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; I'm connected to my ethernet but it says that I'm not connected to the internet.     MS Store not updating


    I'm connected to my ethernet but it says that I'm not connected to the internet. Code: 0x800704C6And other times when it does work it just doesn't actually install it, it just says Working...Please help.I reset the cache and reset it in settings. I did everything I could

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    • Have you updated all the Windows updates?
    • Have you installed the latest Display drivers?
    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

    Step 1: Run built-in Windows Store app troubleshooter.


    • Click on Start search and type troubleshooting and choose 'Troubleshooting'

    • Click on 'View All'.

    • Run the Windows Store apps troubleshooter.
    Step 2: I suggest you to check for the latest updates

    • Press Windows logo key +R, enter MS-settings: and then press
      OK. This opens Settings.
    • In Settings, go to Update & security > Windows Update, and then select
      Check for updates. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required.

    windows 10 store error code 0x80072ee7 after that windows store update ms put out

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting your on Microsoft Community.

    This issue occurs when the Windows store services is stopped.

    I would suggest you to start the Windows store services and check if it helps:

    • first in search type services
    • then on services window select windows store services
    • Right click and press start.


    If the issue persist I would suggest you to reset Windows store and check if it helps:

    Follow the steps to reset Windows store:

    • On the desktop screen, press Windows and R key together to open run box.
    • Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.
