Windows 10: MS Store not working and Unable to install Daily Updates

2 questions: #1. My Microsoft Store won't load or operate. I have from run the reset option by Hitting Windows logo + R, with no success. Ran Trouble Shooting. 1st message "Temporary Internet Files Location has Changed", followed by "Hanging or crashing apps - Not Fixed. Error Message, "Hanging or Crashing Apps - Not Fixed". Went to Apps, found MS Store APP and hit "repair". No change. Went to Proxy Setting and Turned Local Proxy Setting 'off", allowed MS Store to load would not operate. Always get error code Code: 0x80131500 CV: 4h2bFpVsYUCGv/60uYkaCQ==#2 Everyday my Security Upd

Unable to download from MS Store or get Updates.

Unable to download from MS Store or get Updates. I have followed so many suggestions. Services, WSReset.exe, Turning AV off/on, Firewall On/Off, Deleting files and folders, Reset my router, ect... I have the exact same problem on my Main PC and Laptop. If anyone has seen a Magic fix, please let me know.

Sorry for the late response. If the above steps did not work, let's try another troubleshooting step. You can try the suggestion by Linley Meslier above and see if it will resolve the issue. If not, try resetting Windows Store cache. Follow the steps below:

• Click on Cortana.
• Type WSreset.exe, then click it.
• The Store app and a command prompt will open without any messages and it will automatically close when the process is done.
• Restart the computer.

After doing the steps, try running Windows Store again and see if you can do an update.

• Have you updated all the Windows updates?
• Have you installed the latest Display drivers?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run built-in Windows Store app troubleshooter.

  Click on Start search and type troubleshooting and choose 'Troubleshooting'

  Click on 'View All'.

  Run the Windows Store apps troubleshooter.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to check for the latest updates

• Press Windows logo key +R, enter MS-settings: and then press
  OK. This opens Settings.
• In Settings, go to Update & security > Windows Update, and then select
  Check for updates. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required.
