SOLVED: it looks like this was approved. It should get added in a bitScenario: Daughter's computer, on her managed account, trying to buy Minecraft.I tried to buy it for her, errors abound. Had to make sure we're all set to Canada as region, both on the local computer AND on the MS account info. Still didn't work. I added $50CAD to her account. On my phone, the Family Safety app says her account has no money in it! On her computer, I can see the $50!Whenever she tries to buy it, we got the error above.What didn't work: NOTHING WORKED. For WEEKS!!! All kinds of errors that no one can resolve. M

I bought Minecraft Windows 10 edition on the website and it said Working on it... It looks like this was approved. It should get added in a bit. After, i went on the store and it said Hold on It looks like your parent approved this. Check with them in a bit. What do i do?

 

MineCraft for PC approved by parental control, won't download.

My child is trying to purchase MineCraft on her Windows PC. She clicked "Buy" in the ms store and it prompted to ask for parental approval. This was done, and the parent approved the purchase. However, when we try to install the software, we now get a
window that says "Working on it... It looks like this was approved. It should get added in a bit."... but then nothing gets added to the window, even over 24 hours later. How to proceed?

Please check if your parent ( the one who approved the request for purchase ) has completed the purchase too. They should have received an email with the steps to complete the purchase after which the game will be downloaded.
