Windows 10: MS Teams and Sennheiser 458BT

Hi, I recently bought a pair of Sennheiser 458BT headsets, but the audio does not work on Teams when connected via Bluetooth. I checked the devices option under settings and it is correct configured. But when I connect it via the audio cable it works fine, voice and audio.

Sennheiser MB Pro2 dropping calls in Teams.

Hi,

Recently started using Microsoft Teams as a phone service and my MB Pro 2 headset frequently drops calls. I am working with Windows 10, and have the dongle that pairs the headset to my computer. I know this is an approved device for Teams, I just can't
find what may be causing the dropped calls. The phone will ring with an incoming call, I go to answer and the call ends. Are there certain settings that switch the audio on and off? Unsure if it's a Sennheiser issue or a Microsoft fix.

 

New Teams

Hi,

With regard to your concern, you can add a new team on Cortana by following the steps below:

• Click Cortana or the circle icon.
• Click the Notebook icon, scroll down and click Sports.
• Click Add a team and start typing the name of a team.
• Select the results.

Note: If the the team does not show up in the list you cannot add it to the Notebook. We suggest that you send a feedback using Windows Feedback hub so we can take note of this feature for future updates.
