Windows 10: MS Update causing print issues

None of my printers, no matter how I connect via wireless, bluetooth or usb, will print. On the device manager I get an error code that there is no device driver. I have tried to install the HP driver but get a message when doing it that the printer can't be connected to. This has happened on multiple printers and those printers can be installed and used on other machines without issue. The update that was installed was 2022-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5018427. Is there a solution to this other than reverting back to the previous version, whi

I suggest you to run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.
Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Printer.
• Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.

Also, I suggest you to install the latest chipset and printer drivers from manufacturer website and check if it fixes the issue.

MS Edge and MS internet explorer causing corrupt print jobs sent to printer

Hello,

I have discovered that after upgrading to windows 10 my workstations are sending corrupt print jobs when printing from MS Edge and MS Internet Explorer.

The printer works fine on some pages but on others is causing the print jobs to be corrupt when sent to the printer.

When printing to a Kyocera Taskalfa 4550i MFP black and white printer the printer receives and accepts the print job but then moves to an error (F248) indicating a corrupt print job has been received.

I found a page that this occurs each time I print from either MS Edge or MS Internet Explorer. Interestingly, the issue does not occur if i print the same page from Chrome.

The driver is the latest driver available from Kyocera and is listed as compatible with MS Windows 10. This is occurring on multiple workstations and is consistent on the page that causes the issue. The Page was https://www.essickair.com/customer/account/login/
really any page at this site will generate the error.

Is this another shining example of MS ignoring coding standards or just an unanticipated glitch? Again, this is not the only website that causes this behavior.

Please advise if this has been found and addressed or like previous versions of Windows and MS browsers we will just need to bypass the MS solution and use browsers that are written to industry standards such as Chrome.
