Windows 10: MS Whiteboard down?

Discus and support MS Whiteboard down? in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; I am trying to use MS Whiteboard inside MS Teams.     MS Whiteboard down?


    I am trying to use MS Whiteboard inside MS Teams. When i try to join the whiteboard it says "trying to connect" for a while then returns a gray screen that says "Error. An error occured while processing your request. One of our services is down. Please try again later."

    I am not sure if this is a coronavirus outage and the team is just gone for a while, or if its a config issue on my side. Can anyone else get Whiteboard to share with other people inside MS Teams today?

    I created a new whiteboard and drew something on it. When finished, I deleted this whiteboard and a previous whiteboard was deleted as well. How can I recover the first whiteboard?

    MS Whiteboard down?

    Microsoft Whiteboard crashes almost anytime someone tries to join a session. How to fix?

    I was unable to perform the steps specific to Office, because Microsoft Whiteboard wasn't included with Microsoft Office. Whiteboard was installed separately.

    However I did figure out something that seems to work. I went to Settings → Apps & Features → Whiteboard → Reset and it seems to be working now.
