Windows 10: MS windows 10 my MS store, MS Media & MS Solitaire Collection will not launch.

I have tried everything I found listed in these & other forums as well as reinstalling Windows 10 three times all 3 times wiping all files. Always the same result. My windows is 64 bit. Version 22H2.I have tried all of the normal fixes with power shell, trouble shooting, resets, wrset, etc. The icons are there but when clicked on...nothing happens. If I try to go to the MS store by typing it in...nothing. It makes me think they are tied together with this problem. I have no idea where to go from here. Is there a fix for this?Danny

MS Solitaire Collection for Windows 10

MS Solitaire Collection doesn't load. Had the icon on the original system but when you clicked on it, I got a MS flash page then nada. So, uninstalled. Went to MS Solitaire Collection page- clicked on the "get the APP" and got another quick flash page
then also nada. Have same Collection on my Surface 3 Pro w/ Win 8.1 and no problems. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I already have an MS account and have signed in with it.

All I want to do is to reinstate Windows10 to the same state it was in a few weeks ago when I could use the MS Solitaire collection. Suddenly, after a not insignificant mumber of uses, the icon on the start menu has become greyed out and the app can no longer
be used.

I have not been able to reply sooner because Edge keeps falling off the internet connection. My monitoring software tells me that I have a strong connection but EDGE seems to drop the sites I use and then bring up a notification that I am not connected to
the internet. Whilst this message is being displayed on screen the properties section of my Wi-Fi adapter still indicates that data is both being sent and received which seems strange. (At the same time as EDGE drops its connection, so does Outlook.)

When I do get a working connection and try to download MS Solitaire Collection, having signed in with my MS account, I find that it is impossible to download the necessary files. I see a tab opening but it quickly fades away and nothing can then be downloaded.

I have had none of these problems with Windows7 which I found to be a very stable platform. I would be most grateful to receive some advice about what might be causing these problems and how they can be overcome and thank you in anticipation.
