MS Windows 11 Apps have stopped responding

Suddenly 10 apps on my one month old Lenovo laptop have stopped responding. When trying to uninstall, I get a "0x80073cf6" error code but have not been able to find anything from that code that makes any improvement. All updates are done and otherwise, the syst

    fifa 11 not responding

    Hi,

If you encounter performance and stability issues when playing a game on Windows 10, it may be because the game was not properly installed. Let's first isolate your concern by answering the following questions:

    • Are you getting the error that says the game is not responding upon launching the game?
    • Did you download the game from the Windows Store?
    • Is this the only game you're encountering this issue?

If you've downloaded the game from the Windows Store, we suggest running the
    Windows apps troubleshooter
. Issues with games downloaded from the Store may be resolved by this automated tool.

We also recommend keeping the game and the Windows 10 PC up-to-date. Refer to
Check for updates for apps and games from Windows Store
    and
How to get software and driver updates for Windows 10
    for the steps.

Another possible reason why you're getting game not responding concern is due to software conflicts that occur when running the game. We suggest performing a clean boot. See

How to perform a clean boot in Windows
    for the steps.
