Windows 10: MS Windows search not working as before and uninstalling an update

afted installing the windows updates, windows search went wrong.actually before updating windows during type in search box related files were shown in explorer, Now i have to type exat file name and hit enter to find a file. Before installing update if i know a few Letters of a file name during typing in search box all files having that Letters wer shown. but now i have to hit enter button after typing in search box. second problem is that i cannot uninstall windows updates as you can see in above image that uninstall/change button is not present. so please help me to correct my search as befo

To turn off windows updates in windows 7 follow these steps:

Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.

need KB4048970 if using Vista - that's the latest win32k.sys patch. while it's listed for Windows Server 2008 only, it should also install & work under Vista SP2 as I've tested myself on an old Vista machine.
