Windows 10: ms-windows-store the app didn't start Windows 10

Hello when I try to start the microsoft store I have the message: “ms-windows-store the app didn't start”. This is a big problem because Adobe XD nit run because if that store. The strange it was fine and now not works. I tried to uninstall with “Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage” and reinstall with “Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}”. Tat commands in power shell doesn’t show an error, say all is ok but when I try to run the store simply closes in a blink and if I try to run with the start command start says the original message posted: “ms-windows-store the app didn't start”

How can we fix the store? Of course is imposible now to make a clean installation of windows that is not a solution we can take. Any suggestions how to fix or what’s happening?

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

• Launch the Store from your Start menu.
• Click the user icon next to the search box.
• Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
• Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
• When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”
