Windows 10: MS Word > Save as PDF Question

Folks, when I do this, the pdf opens with MS Edge,. How do I save it as a regular pdf that opens by itself without opening in a browser?

Regarding your PDF documents, the location will be based on where you saved the files. For your second inquiry, your documents can be converted to a PDF. If the original file is from Office Word, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

  In Word, select File > Save As.

  Select where you want to save the file.

  Type a new File name if you want.
  
• 
  For Save as type, select PDF.
  
• 
  For Optimize for, select an option: Standard or
  Minimum Size.

  Select Open File After Publishing, if you want to open the file after you save it as a PDF. This is selected by default.

hai everyone, iam using windows 10 with ms office 2010. iam doing more work with pdf and ms word documents. if i have facility of converting pdf to ms word and msword to pdf it is benefit to me. any specific software is there for this utilisation. please
help me .

For saving Word aka .docx documents to pdf you can use File>Save as>Type PDF.

Word can also open PDF's and you can save them to .docx extension,but it might not be rendered correctly.

You can use software for that which you can easily find using your favorite search engine.
