Windows 10: MSA login: credentials popup opens but quickly closes

Win 10 Pro, non admin local user. I click to login with MS account "instead" and the popup to enter email opens but closes in a split second.No hints in eventvwr. Only this user, other non admin users works fine. Hence not any "sfc / dism / MS store" system related issue. No HKU\.DEFAULT saved credentials subkey for his SID.Seems related to some dirt in cloudexperiencehost.I can't delete this user profile. Need to preserve his settings and other already saved credentials.Anyone else? Hints?

We would like to know if you have received any email when you say Microsoft gave me an option to change the login credentials on my Windows 10 computer

Again, please be informed that in order to change the Login ID credentials, you need to access you Microsoft Account at the first place, in this case which would be recovering the Microsoft Account(MSA).

I suggest you to follow the recommended link which was earlier suggested.

Once you recover your MSA, you can refer to the below steps to change the credentials.

• Login to https://login.live.com.
• Specify the current Windows live ID and password in the available fields and click
  Sign in.
• On Microsoft account page, make sure that Overview category is selected from the left pane.
• From the right pane, click Rename account under Account summary.
• From the right pane of the next page, make sure that Create a new email address radio button is selected under
  Rename your Microsoft account.

MSA Credentials

Done everything which you had mention ...but still facing the same issue. whenever I open the message app I got message "Please reenter your MSA Credentials". This is not happening everytime. I got
the message once in a week.

I am using lumia 950 XL since December, 2015. Sometimes I got an error while I open messaging like "Please reenter your MSA Credentials". If any one knows then provide me some guidelines to fix it.
