Windows 10: MSBuild.exe keeps trying to access an IP in Russia

Bitdefender keeps showing that MSBuild.exe is trying to access an IP address in Russia every 10 minutes. I've run a full scan on malwarebytes and removed everything that popped up but it didn't seem related was a very old file. However after then downloading Bitdefender it's showing these notifications so obviously something is going on. Windows defender never displayed anything.With that being said, how do I stop it? Will I have to reinstall Windows from scratch?

IP accessing

I have a program hat i use to block certain ip address from accessing my router/switch and computer...but i was looking and it seems that there is always a person trying to access the computer whether i have a program up or not i can be do nothing and there is an ip adress trying to access the computer. Why is this. I know that the computer is tries to send out data but it shows ips coming in are these response from me sending out the data???

 

My IP Address is being used by a Russia.

I have received several E-mails & text stating that a Russia is logging into my MS Account and using my IP address. The text, today, is from 1(505)431-5306 prompting to call MS Support Team at 1(858)939-9277. The text gave me this IP address 249.36.18.92.
Is this my IP address or the hacker. Is this truly MS? Or, is this a scammer? Can you help me? Thanks EB

 

gameux.dll trying to access secure MS IP address

I have a shed lot of logs in comodo firewall that gameux.dll is trying to access IP 65.55.162.27 << looked up as an MS IP address , over port 443 (https) this is being blocked by comodo though in the firewall logs gameux.dll is trying port after port, seems to be in order aswell, basically this dll is trying to get to that secure MS IP address for some reason and is port scanning to get out.........

I can't find much info on this dll though it appears to be an MS one and the behaviour of it is worrying, why is it scanning all available ports to access that IP? if this was anyone but MS this would be considered virus/spyware behaviour. It's possibly harmless but still.

Anyone came across this?

Seems this dll corresponds to MS Games Explorer that was intro'd in Vista, doesn't explain why it is trying to send information to a secure MS IP address
