Windows 10: msconfig toggle of safe mode reboot immediately defacto bricks a windows 10 PC

I screwed up and tried to boot a windows 10 PC to safe mode to fix a realtek mouse conflict issue by editing msconfig to toggle bootup to safe mode on. the problem is that when the pc booted up it informed me that "something happened and your pin isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again." clicking the referenced link did nothing but eventually turn the screen black and refresh the original bootup screen. the only other login option listed was to enter my password. that's fine, I thought, I have meticulously saved all of my passwords so I offered the most recent one. it told me it

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.

I suggest you to try the below steps to exit from the Safe mode on Windows 10.

Steps to place the computer in normal mode.

• Press Windows + R keys to open
  Run command.
• Type msconfig and press
  Enter.
• In the System Configuration window, click on
  General tab.
• Select Start-up selection as
  Normal startup, click on Apply
  and Ok.
• Follow onscreen instructions.
