Windows 10: msedge.exe - Bad Image

Hi thereKeep gettingC:\Windows\apppatch\AppPatch64\BrShim_4_4_2_2945.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000428.- the latest occurring before entering my password to login my laptop upon booting. Normally happens after I've just logged in,Have downloaded MicrosoftEdgeSetup.exe and it updated Edge to the latest version I don't use Edge as a web browser. Hasn't resolved the issue.How do I fix this erro

I KEEP GETTING THE POP UP "ACCELEROMETER ST EXE - BAD IMAGE" - with comment "SYSTEM32\MSVCR120.dll not designed for windows . . . . . error status 0xc000012f" How serious is this ?
