Windows 10: MSERT , \\?\c:\ , \??\c:\ , and HP operating system diagnostics???

MSERT finds 37 infected files then finishes up saying it found nothing and all is ok also is it normal to have loaded modules in the system information>software enviroments>loaded modules. with \\?\c:\ and \??\c:\ in their file path? hp operating system diagnostics under bits it says service registration is missing,corrupt files , etc etc but no issues found. these are just a few of the many archived event logs from reliability monitorMicrosoft® Windows® Operating SystemSummaryStopped workingDate‎8/‎15/‎2022 7:55 AMStatusReport sentDescriptionFaulting&n

No O/C at all

Now with the cpu step up O/C it averages around 55-58c on all cores.

 

when i rebuild bcd,run bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup,An error occurred

an ERROR IS The storage export operation has failed and the system cannot find the specified FILE

because when laptop startup,screen display Not connected or unable to access the required device
Error code 0Xc000000e

but，i run bcdedit /export d:\bcdbackup,The screen shows that the operation was successful

I run these commands step by step

1.bootrec /fixmbr

2.bootrec /fixboot

3.bootsect /nt60 sys

4.bootrec /fixboot

5.bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup

6.attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s

7.ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old

8.bootrec /rebuildbcd

An error occurred in the fifth step

i use diskpart and list volume

Disk C is only 260M, Disk H is the system disk, Disk D is a removable disk

so What command should I enter in the fifth step

 

Learning to Program C

my suggestion is to learn c first, then expand to c++ or java depending on your project requirements. if you decide to use visual studio (which i strongestly recommend) then you can just create c++ projects and write normal c code
