Windows 10: MSERT can't find virus, protection history still says there is

    MSERT can't find virus, protection history still says there is


    I accidentally downloaded Trojan Trojan:Win64/Injector on my laptop. I enabled every single safety setting, ran a full check with Avast, Malwarebytes, MSERT and they all say there is no infected/dangerous file, but portection history still says i have incomplete prevensions 3 trojan Severe and 1 Worm:Win32/Vobus.F Severe. I use Windows 10, 64 bit version.

I enabled every single safety setting, ran a full check with Avast, Malwarebytes, MSERT and they all say there is no infected/dangerous file, but portection history still says i have incomplete prevensions (3 trojan (Severe) and 1 Worm:Win32/Vobus.F (Severe)). I use Windows 10, 64 bit version.

    MSERT Log Empty

    Why does MSert tell me I have 16 infections but at the end it says no virus found and the log is empty with no listed infections?

    Clear Windows Security Center (Defender) Protection History

    Did not work for me. After going through all steps I still have protection history full
