Windows 10: Msfs not working

Hi,My game is stuck on the Press any Key to Start menu, I try to progress but it just sends me back to the menu. I can't reinstall as it just shows that and even when I've deleted all the game files off the computer it still shows that screen.I bought it on steamPlease help

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

MSFS 2020

I already paid for and downloaded MSFS 2020, and played it. Now after doing the Windows 2004 update MSFS 2020 will not start, just goes to screen

Hi,

I purchased MSFS 2020 pro when it was released and installed it on my computer - all fine except performance was bad. So I got a new computer, uninstalled MSFS from my old computer (services/apps) and reinstalled it on my new computer. Although the performance
was now great I only seem to have the basic version (only two aircraft). What do I have to do to get the original pro version installed?
