Windows 10: MSFS runs horrible on my gaming PC which reaches the recommended requirements

I have no idea what's wrong with my game, for some reason the performance is horrible. My CPU is an Intel Core i7-6700 and my GPU is a Geforce RTX 2060, paired with 32GB of 2133MHz DDR4 RAM. I'm pretty sure this reaches the recommended requirements but I cannot get past 30fps in most locations and never past 14fps in big cities. My graphical settings are set to low-end, vsync off, also it seems like raising/lowering the settings doesn't seem to do anything. Another thing to note is that I have MSI Afterburner's overlay and it shows that both my CPU and GPU are not being utilized fully.

Here is what I already tried:

-Reinstalling graphics drivers via DDU

-Reinstalling the game from the Microsoft Store

To better assist you, do let us know what exactly you mean by "runs horrible".

- Are you referring to games crashing?

- Do you receive any error message?

- What is the make and model of the computer?

If the issue is game specific, I suggest you to try installing the game in compatibility mode by following the steps below and check if the issue persists.

1. Right-click on the setup file of the game and select "Properties".

2. Select "Compatibility" Tab.

3. Place a check mark next to "Run this program in Compatibility mode" and select Windows 8
from the drop down list.

4. Let the game install and then check the functionality.
