Windows 10: MSFS2020 Installation fails

Wir haben einen PC Code gekauft und im App Store hinterlegt. Nach Download von ca 1 GB Microsoft Flight Simulator->download startet das Programm bis zum update Menue; nach ca 2min download bricht das Programm ab. Alle weiteren Versuche scheitern kurz nach "press any button..." .
Was kann man tun???


We have bought a PC code and deposited it in the App Store. After download of about 1 GB Microsoft Flight Simulator->download the program starts until the update menu; after about 2min download the program aborts. All further attempts fail shortly after "press any button...". .
What can you do?

KB4025339 Fails Install 0x80070564

I am trying Eagle 51's suggestions now. Windows Update troubleshooter found a bunch of errors and fixed all but one.The update is trying to download KB4025339 again. I'll see what happens. At step one troubleshooter finishes with one error unresolved "Potential Windows Update Database Error Detected-Not Fixed". Windows update stalled at 0%.

At step 2 same troubleshooter error. The KB finished a new download failed to install.
Did step 3 KB has downloaded but fails to install.

If Eagle's suggestion doesn't work I'll try EdTittel's suggestion

Tried bothe Eagle & Ed 's suggestions - do not work. Anyone else?

I have noticed that the latest update for my nvidia drivers has failed to update. Wondering about that!

 

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

Black screen when i click on MSFS2020

Your article had absolutely NO solution to resolving a black screen upon startup of MSFS2020. May i suggest if you have a desire to help resolve issues please spend a little time in doing so, instead of simply submitting an article...thank you
