Windows 10: مشكلة تحديث بـ Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1

مرحبا عزيزي .. لدي مشكلة في تحديثات ويندوز 11 عربي ، وهي جديدة غير مسبوقة دائما تحديث تحديث أمان الحزمة القابلة لإعادة التوزيع والخاصة بـ Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 رقم KB2538243 يتم تحميله على القرص D وليس القرص C وهو قرص النظام، ورغم ذلك لا يتم اكتمال التثبيت !! هل لديك حل لهذه المشكلة

Uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack Chinese Dialog Box

When I try to run Windows Update it fails on "Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package (KB2538243)."

One of the fixes after search was to uninstall it and then run update again.

When I click on it in Uninstall Programs I get a Windows Installer chinese dialog box.






Running malwarebytes now . But any help would be appreciated
