MSI what a lemon this has been for me since using this toy. 5 rootkits ruined my device went to Microsoft for new W10 software on Microsoft site and they purchased fishing gear on my purchase using AMEX card so went back and reloaded old stuff. Now I have a phone call every day from Microsoft wanting to update my drivers for me at a cost phone number out of Detriot foreign country?


All I want is to get items working on this laptop - ie Camera monitor. Yep I tried to use help but not seeing Camera device.

Keys are disintergrating "TAB" and "A' need replacing or fixing WOULD I RECOMMEND MSI?

I have been using my desktop and laptop as connected devices but unable to use with this MSI laptop as only supplied with W10 Home not Pro?

I bought 'MSI GP62 6QE' recently. The problem is the touchpad gusters are not working even the 'two finger scrolling'.

As per your description above, I understood that your MSI gaming mouse is not working. Can you answer the below questions too:

  Did you check if the mouse works fine in another computer?

  Does this issue happen only while playing games?
