Windows 10: Msi black monitor

Hi I just bought a MSI Thin A15 R5-7535HS/16GB/512GB/RTX 2050 4GB GDDR6 and when I turn it on the power button and the keypad turn on white lights but the monitor is still black...what is going wrong is there a problem or I must do something that I don't know?

I understand the you have tried to resolve the issue and tried many steps. I really appreciate your efforts in resolving this issue. As you have mentioned that switching the cables make both the monitor
work so I believe its not the driver issue. I would suggest you to try connecting another cable and check if the issue persists.
