Windows 10: MSI DragonCenter_2.0.121.0_x64 is throwing exceptions: Code: c0000005 - MoAppCrash

I have not contacted MSI yet. I am using a Bernina Embroidery Software 7 program that has worked just fine, until now, with my Windows 8. Now I installed it in windows 10 and it gives the following error

Exception Access Violation

Exception code: c0000005.

Exception flags: 0.

Exception address: 748857c2

Number of Parameters: 2.

Start-up address: 00409f20

Off Set Exception: 7447b8a2

I have tried few times to open this program and each time I get this message, but the Exception address and Off-Set Exception numbers change

each time.

Please advise.

Something is amiss.
