Windows 10: MSI GF63 9SCXR Display issue, lining issue with residual background image

I have issues with display in my GF63 laptop. It is showing thin horizontal lines in entire display. Also the residual of last screen is shown background for some seconds 5-10 seconds when we open some new screens. Thank you for your reply. Please click this link: https://www.msi.com/Laptop/GF63-Thin-9SCXR/supp... and then under the Graphics tab, Download and install the Graphic driver for your Device. Restart then check.

If the issue persists, there may be physical damage to your monitor. I suggest contacting your PC manufacturer's support to conduct further checks on the hardware side. Thank you.

 

changing the background images

In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things.

• Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
• Are you referring to desktop background image or lock screen image?

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the background picture and check if it helps.

• In the search type as ‘Settings’ and click on it.
• Select ‘Personalization’, under ‘Background’ option select as ‘Picture’.
• Under ‘Choose your picture’ select any picture accordingly or you can browse the picture from your computer.
