Windows 10: MSI GS65 Stealth Thin 8RF system instability after most recent updates

Currently I'm sitting on version 23H2 of Windows 11, experiencing total system instability which includes among other things:- My dedicated graphics card not being recognized- Battery management going form 0% to 100% and back again in under a minute- Random shut downs- Date and time on my computer showing incorrectly today it's saying it's last Friday- Applications crashing, running obscenely slowAt the end of August things started behaving strangely after updates installed, in culminated Thursday of last week when I noticed battery management was causing random shutdowns, so I tried:- Unins

I erased my realtek audio drivers from my GS65 STEALTH 9SE

Windows Update issue

Hi im using an msi gs65 stealth thin 8rf and i updated my computer yesterday and it was working fine until i went to sleep with my laptop off and now my audio doesnt work, the mic does not work the speaker doesnt work and the headphone jack doesnt output
audio, any fix to this?

i did the battery reset thing nothing happened

reinstalled drivers, nothing happened

i heard this happen with other msi laptops and im wondering if theres a fix to it. Id REALLY prefer not to have to redownload everything that would take a really really long time with my slow wifi.
