Windows 10: MSI Katana 15 B12VFK bateria rozładowuje się

1.Bateria rozładowuje się mimo tego że podpięta jest do źródła prądu podczas korzystania z laptopa 2. Gdy laptop jest całkowicie wyłączony to pisze że ekran działał 1h i bateria też traci 1-2% załadowywania.BIOS jest aktualizowany na bieżąco tak samo jak i system Windows 11.Jakieś pomysły?

Msi katana 4070 i712th , crashing when connected to external monitor (pubg)

Msi katana 15 i7 1265h ,rtx 4070 crashing when connected to msi monitor g24c4 e2 24inch curve (180hz)

When i play on the labtop monitor there’s no problem

When i connect to monitor through hdmi original cable , its crashing (5min to 25min ) ( BLACK SCREEN and then couple of minutes Red screen whole red- force shutdown by button)

I did sfc scan , dism , ddu ,uninstalled and clean setup for drivers , uninstalled pubg and reinstall,

bios update , windows updates,

memory diagnostics and still when connected to monitor crashing

Even downgrade refresh rate till 60hz on monitor

Still crashing

Appreciate any help

I installed a old SSD with windows 10 to my new MSI katana 15 laptop when I tried to boot from old SSD it shows Inaccessible Boot device.

I Recently brought new MSI katana 15 laptop and installed my old SSD with windows 10 in it. When tried to boot with my old SSD it shows error message as Inaccessible Boot device.

When tried using windows repair mode using USB flash drive with windows installation media and tried using Command bcdedit. It doesn't shows up SSD . So I am unable to copy boot files from it.
