Windows 10: MSI laptop bluescreen after downloading program windows 11

i downloaded a program to help in game performance but since i downloaded it, my laptop has been broken. i have re installed windows 2 times, i did the MSI fresh install. the problem is still happening even after doing all that. even if if i turn on my laptop and sit in google for some time it will just blue screen, so maybe its a BIOS issue or driver issue im not sure I'm hoping you can help me. here is the pc blue screen dump and also game dump - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1HU55HNy0L2el14BCZ0DN_87D6h8h71vk?usp=sharing

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

install webcam on msi laptop

Most laptops have a built-in webcam on it, If it's not working, there's a problem with the driver or settings of it.

Step1: I request you to check for Hidden Devices in Device Manager. Please refer to these steps:

a. On the desktop, press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.

b. Click on View and select Show Hidden Devices.

c. Check for the webcam under Imaging Devices.

d. If the webcam is listed, then right-click on it and select Update Driver Software.

e. Select Browse My Computer for Driver Software and follow the prompted steps.

Step 2: Run the hardware troubleshooter and check if you receive any error messages.

a. On the desktop, press Windows key + W and type Troubleshooting.

b. Click on it and click on Hardware and Sound.

c. Click on Hardware and Devices and follow the prompted steps.

If the laptop doesn't have a built-in webcam on it, you would need to purchase an external webcam, plug it on your laptop and driver will download automatically.

Windows11 suggested update to Windows11 cause bluescreen. Can someone help?

Did a windows 11 update to my windows 11 laptop and it has bluescreeed. Recovery and restore both fail. All laptop checks pass. Boot from recommended HP Cloud recovery and windows recovery usbs tried both fail. Stuck with a 1 yr old bluescreens laptop that will not boot to Windows. Can someone suggest next steps or share experience?
