Windows 10: MSI Laptop GL63 8SE keyboard blink and not booting

My laptop having this problem for over 5+ monthsWhere my laptop when i pressed the power button to boot it up the keyboard just start blink same goes with the capslock light it will just do that over until im my battery is low, but when i plugged it with the charger it boot up and sometime the laptop just reboot without some warning like the screen suddenly turned off and then it boot up again What i already tried is1. Update bios2. Change into a new ram3. Update all my driver4. Upgrading to windows 11 in windows 10 the problem started 5. Update my windows even with the optional6. Already fl

You should reset the voltage on your CPU, it is not a good idea to undervolt

Also, the minidump file indicated the device driver on your Nvidia graphics (nvlddmkm.sys) as the cause of your system crashes

You should go to the support page for your device on the MSI website, then download and install the video driver they recommend, it may well be an older version to the one you are currently running, but should be more compatible . . .

Do let us know the following to assist you better:

• Have you have made any changes to the device (hardware/ software) prior to this issue?
• Have you installed all the pending updates on your device?

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted/ outdated drivers. Use the working external keyboard to try the below troubleshooting steps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
  
• Click Next to run the Hardware and Device
  Troubleshooter.

Step 2: I suggest you to Update the keyboard drivers.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboard.
• Right click on the Keyboard driver and click on
  Update driver software.

Step 3: I suggest you to install the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Hello, I don't know where to post this, I asked previously with MSI Support, but they didn't seem to help. i am getting a VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR BSOD. I am having a hard time finding the problem

this happens when i am gaming, but not always.

i have undervolted the CPU to prevent overheating, could that be a cause?
