Windows 10: msi laptop keep turning off every time i play any games within 60 seconds it turn off

at first when i got this laptop it was brand new it never turn off while i game it all ways worked normal then later on next year on 2023 it started due to gaming the problem is the when i game it turns off within 60 second or less it then it turns off but i can turn on again but it does not turn off if i dont game but only in gaming i did try without the ac adapter it did not turn off maybe it is ac adapter or battery.i suspect that maybe in setting of bios or windows set to turn off for unknown reasons so pleas i need help i can game at all.

Games capped at 60 fps

I've bought this Msi gaming laptop for maybe 3 weeks now. and its having this problem where games are capped at 60 frames, I have turned vsync off and xbox settings dvr all off. Sometimes really rarely, where games does get uncapped. But most of the time
is capped at 60 frames. Is super weird and I really need a solution.

 

Laptop turns on then shuts off few seconds later.

I am using MSI GE60 apache with Windows 10 Pro. My laptop have worked completely fine for one year and a half. But after some windows' updates recently, it's become unstable. Everytime I turn it on for the first time, it automatically shut down after 3 seconds
while the circle's still spinning. I have tried many methods but none of them solved my issue (Plug out everything - Press Power button for 30-60 seconds, Update BIOS, Install Drivers from Manufacturer).

Then I turned off the fast startup feature in Power Options. Surprisingly, the issue solved...

But the booting sequence consumes too much time...

So are there any other methods that can help me with this issue?

Is this a driver's problem?

 

My Laptop turns off after 5 seconds....

Hi Norelle, can you please try the following steps for me:

• Remove the battery
• Disconnect the Power lead
• Press and hold the Power Button for 30 seconds
• Connect the Power lead
• Re-insert the Battery
• Turn your System on
