Windows 10: MSI MPG z490 problems

Discus and support MSI MPG z490 problems in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have a MSI MPG z490 in my computer I installed windows 10 on it and worked fine for a little over a month and now when I boot it up I get the MPG...     I have a MSI MPG z490 in my computer I installed windows 10 on it and worked fine for a little over a month and now when I boot it up I get the MPG loading screen for a bout a minute the the screen goes black and I don't know what happened

    I may have found what could be your problem
    Here is the ram tested by MSI for your board and processor
    MPG Z690 CARBON WIFI

    Your ram as far as I can see is NOT on that list
    Although you do NOT have to use ram on the list, these boards and others are very ram particular and not only must the speed and latency and timings be correct but the layout of the chips on the ram sticks must also be correct.

    I suggest you contact GSkill having verified the ram you have is NOT on the list tell them of your problem and see if you can RMA that ram for exchange of 5200 ram ON the list

    You've used Memtest Free, it skips some tests unfortunately. Please run Pro version or extended mode of Windows tool.

    Did you check motherboard (!) compatibility list for your memory? https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MPG-Z490-GAMING...
