Windows 10: msix-application won't start when offline

We have an msix-application that we install with AppInstaller on our users devices before we ship the devices. Whenever they start the app it checks for updates and updates if necessary which have been working fine. However, since the latest Windows Update for windows 11 KB5011563 the app won't start if the device is not connected to the internet. The only work-around we have found is to always be connected to the internet when starting the app and that is not a workable solution for us as our users quite often needs to use the app without internet access.

Applications won`t maximize

Following a W10 update, applications only open as minimised on the taskbar and won`t maximize. I have tried closing them minimised but no good. Can anyone help ? thanks

Creating MSIX package From UWP windows application

I found 3 ways to creating MSIX Package from UWP windows application.

1. Using MSIX Pacakaging Tool - But Got Error As MSIX pakage failed to run.(But created MSIX file.And Able to installed the pacakage.Not able to Run the application.).

2.Using Advanced Installer extension - It Also Created MSIX file. but After the install. not able to run the application. got the error as sharedLIbrary.dll not found

3.USIng Command line - Its not able to create the msixpakage

Please find the solution for creating the msix pacakage file
