Windows 10: MSKLC error 2020

VK_OEM_3 c0 found at scancode 1a and 29.This error simply states what kind of file is being used.What is this error in simple words? And how can I fix it?

Today I created a keyboard using MSKLC. I based it on one of the Chinese keyboards that comes standard with MSKLC and Windows. It works fine. It has the name of the language I work with.

My question now: Is there a way to restore the original Chinese keyboards on my computer in case I need to use those keyboards?

Yes, Greg, my reason is that I created a MSKLC keyboard based on the Chinese keyboard. I need to use the new keyboard for another language but I also want to be able to use a regular Chinese keyboard. Can I have both my MSKLC keyboard customized from the Chinese keyboard as well as a regular Chinese keyboard?

I don't know what a System Restore would do with my customized MSKLC keyboard which I use every day in my language work.

Thank you for your response. The key here is that I need the customized MSKLC keyboard. It would be nice if I could also be able to keyboard Chinese.
