Windows 10: MSN.com appeals?

There have been previous comments and questions on the arbitrariness of rejected comments on msn.com. Msn.com states the following under Guidelines:"When you request an appeal, our team of human moderators will review the comment. If they determine the comment was removed in error, it will be published immediately. All appeal decisions are final."I have not been able to find a button or link or other method to appeal. Does anybody know if there is one and does Microsoft ever respond?As usual, there does not seem to be a proper category for this question.

How do I appeal a ban from MSN

Sorry. You aren't communicating with MSN here. No one here can remove your ban.

I wish I could suggest something easier, but since the ability to appeal bans was removed from the profile page, the one successful campaign that I remember reading was from a user who appealed the ban via the Feedback link that's on nearly every MSN page, once per day for several months. maybe you'll get lucky and will get help in less time.

If unsuccessful with that or unwilling to put in that amount of time, you could create a new Microsoft/MSN account.

MSN Weather App live tile keeps stopping

Hi,

Since you already completed the troubleshooting provided and it did not resolve the concern with the live tile of the MSN Weather app not updating, we suggest that you reset the MSN Weather app by following the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings
  app and then select System from the list of options shown.
  
• Under the System options menu, select the option on the left-hand panel labeled
  Apps & features.
• Under Apps & features, scroll down through the list of apps installed on your computer and locate the
  Weather app.
• Select the Weather app and then click on the link "Advanced options".
• Once you have the "Advanced options" menu open, click on the button labeled "Reset".
• Once you click on the "Reset" button another prompt will show up notifying you if you would like to complete the reset. Just click on the "Reset" button to complete the process.

Once you complete the steps provided, we suggest that you restart the computer first before you proceed to set up the MSN Weather app again and also verify if the live tile will update properly or not. If the steps still do not resolve your concern we suggest

Where do I go to appeal a decision ban with MSN? Cannot find link.

You have GOT to be joking. There's no feedback option that you describe. Getting Windows OS help for getting comments blocked on MSN is about as logical as calling my car dealership for troubles with assembling furniture from Ikea. The MSN guidelines page has an entire section on appeals, but no reference to mechanism for doing so. This is as Kafkaesque as it gets. I added a comment to an article on physics and density that read "First, assume a spherical cow of uniform density..." which is a punchline to an old, g-rated physics joke. Somehow that's against the guidelines and I have nobody to appeal to? The MSN users are constantly frustrated trying to make intelligent comments about articles only to have those censored. Meanwhile, flat-out community-guideline violating insults go right on through. Microsoft's incompetence has already been mocked a few times on the Daily ****, a site frequented by many of the world's top professional programmers. The whole system is a failure.
