Windows 10: MSN format abrupt change on Safari on Iphone?

The format for MSN changed abruptly on Thursday 6.22.23...How do I change it back or is this some system problem like earlier this year when I spent an AMAZING amount of time with my carrier Verizon AND Microsoft trying to fix it & voila! it changed back on it's own!HELP!!

Abrupt MSN Homepage change on Iphone

Don't know exactly what's going on but the whole format of my MSN Homepage changed again overnight all by itself just like it did a few months ago! WTH? I spent a boatload of time talking with both Verizon & Microsoft trying to fix it then & it miraculously fixed itself...Is this something a customer can look forward to periodically?? I'm thinking it has something to do with a recent update (Wednesday 6.21.23) on Iphones?

 

Opera bookmarks on my iPhone/iPad Safari?

I use Opera (56.0.3051.31) as my preferred Windows 10 (Oct updated) browser which syncs bookmarks with Opera Mini on my iPhone (6) and iPad (4). What I would like is a bookmark snapshot for use in the Safari browser. The only solutions I can find is via a Mac (which I don't have) or 3rd party pay-ware (which I don't want). Any other suggestions?

 

Changing Time Format

There's a possibility that the set up time format in your computer Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) is military time. To have this checked, you can try to reset the time of your computer through Control Panel. See the steps below on how to do
so:

• Open Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region >
  Change date, time, or number formats. This would open the
  Region window.
• From there, click on Additional settings at the bottom part. It will open the Customize Format.
• Click Reset; then, OK.

The steps should work; however, if not, we suggest that you contact manufacturer and have the BIOS time checked.
