Windows 10: MSN GAME MANAGER - PAID GAMES - HOW DO I ACCESS ON NEW LAPTOP

I have a new windows 10 laptop .. I want to get all my games on to the new laptop but can't find the MSN Games Manager to pull up the games I've purchased.

I did finally find manage my devices, is only showing this laptop, not the old one which has to paid version of the game

 

MSN Games - Free - cannot open the game is current and downloaded

No changes to laptop.

I have no other games besides MSN games

I uninstalled all my games and tried to reinstall one game - Atlantis Quest - would not reinstall.

ran the troubleshooter - the message says all issues were fixed.

I did not uninstall the MSN games manager - should I try that? So I am starting all over.
