Windows 10: MSN GAMES

MSN is charging my credit card $9.99 per month for MSN Games, I signed up for iWin games which cost $9.99. What is the difference I should not be making double payments when I am not playing MSN Games. Why am I paying double? If this is not resolved, I will cancel my IWin account, I refuse to pay double payments.
