Windows 10: MSN has suddenly decided to use Spanish audio overdub in video items that it delivers via...

I've not changed anything. Using Win11, fully up to date. I click on a video item I wish to watch and it delivers the video via Edge, with English subtitles and Spanish overdub. I haven't selected Spanish language for anything, ever.I've checked every setting I can find or has been suggested in other posts on this topic. As it seems I am not the first to experience this random behaviour, what is going on?

I run Windows 7 with MSN as my homepage - when I watch one of the MSN videos, I do not get audio - have not been able to figure out how to get audio. Thanks to anyone helping.

I suggest you to try the steps below to install Spanish language pack and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + I key.
• Go to Time & Language.
• Click on Region & language.
• Click on Add a language.
• Search Spanish and follow the on-screen instructions.

As the above description is not clear, do let us know the following to assist you better with this issue:

• What is the exactly issue you are facing with audio and how exactly are you trying to access it?
• What exactly do you mean by: Have windows 10, and suddenly my audio stopped?
• Have you made any changes to the operating system, prior to this issue?

I suggest you to install all the pending updates and audio drivers and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to update the audio drivers from Device Manager and check.

Steps:

• 
  Right click on the Start
  button from the desktop and select Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand Audio inputs and outputs, right click on
  High Definition Audio Device and click on Update driver software.
  
• 
  Also, try to search for the drivers with the help of model number of your computer from the Manufacturer’s website and install them.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates after upgrade to Windows 10.

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
