Windows 10: MSN policing of the comments section is a joke! Please tell me why they wont accept THIS...

This MSN community posting is an absolute joke. It is hit and miss at the best of times. My question above proves it. You will let damn, moron and many other choice words to go through, but you wont allow "The US should trade Russia all of the far right repubs so that they can be with their own kind; and we get some hockey pucks in return. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Tell me why that isn't acceptable....go ahead, I dare you.

Here's my canned response on moderation. Please see, in particular, point 4.

I can't explain the moderation of comments to MSN articles, but here are some observations.

1. You may find useful information at Microsoft News

2. There were so many unacceptable comments that commenting was shut down for a few

months not too long ago.

3. Now that commenting is allowed again, moderation is very restrictive.

4. Moderation is a dysfunctional mess. It's being done via AI, via a bot, not humans and is

random and inexplicable.

5. If a comment you tried to post was banned, you can appeal that from the Feedback link

at the bottom of nearly every MSN page. This may or may not be acted on and you may

or may not receive a reply. There used to be a more direct method, but that's been removed.

6. I've searched but have not found a way to contact MSN staff regarding this moderation

except the Feedback link that's at the bottom of nearly every MSN webpage. If you receive

a reply to the feedback, it will be a generic reply that doesn't address your specific issue.

1. You have the right to simply stop trying to post comments.

2. If the Feedback link is broken, then it's not only moderation that's a dysfunctional mess.

I don't know of a workaround.

3. You aren't communicating with MSN here and neither I nor any other moderators here

have anything to do with moderation of comments at MSN.

Cortana wont tell jokes......

I have sort of a strange problem that I can't seem to find anyone else asking when I do a search for this.

I just decided to try using Cortana today and so far most things i've tried with her work as intented. I've tried asking her questions and for things that make sense she does a Bing search, and for others she responds herself when asked like "How old are
you?" "When were you made?" "What do you think of Siri?" Etc.....

The ONE thing I cannot get her to do as intended however is tell me a joke. I've tried several different ways of phrasing this and in any instance where she understands what i'm asking, she displays a Bing search for something about jokes.

The standard phrasing i've seen is to be able to activate her, or say "Hey Cortana" <if you have that turned on, which I do> and then say "tell me a joke". Invariably every time I try this Cortana will not "tell" me a joke. She simply produces a Bing search
page for "tell me a joke".

I've tried asking immediately and also waiting 2 seconds as I saw was the older way to differentiate commands and no matter how I do this, she wont tell me any of her jokes.

Anyone else have this same problem and any ideas why it's happening?
